Dr. Amy Falk Bio
Dr. Amy Falk is a healer at heart. She knew she wanted to be a doctor way back in elementary school—and never wavered. After years of dedication and hard work, she earned her undergraduate degree from UW–La Crosse, completed medical school at the Chicago Medical School, and went on to finish her pediatric residency at UW–Madison. She was thrilled to return to her hometown to care for the children of friends and neighbors, and she did so with joy for more than 8 years.
In 2025, feeling the strain of an increasingly complicated healthcare system, Dr. Falk made the decision to leave corporate medicine and build something better for families—something simpler, more personal, and rooted in trust. Her new clinic, ReVision Wellness, is a fee-for-service model: families pay a clear, upfront price for each visit, with no surprise bills or insurance red tape. This approach allows Dr. Falk to spend more time listening, less time on paperwork, and focus completely on what matters—caring for your child.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Falk has a wonderfully full life. She’s been married to her high school sweetheart, local optometrist Dr. Peter Falk, for 16 years. Together, they’re raising three fantastic kids—Evan (11), Eli (8), and Lydia (6)—who keep them on their toes. She loves gardening, working out, and whipping up veggie-packed juices that her family (usually) drinks with a smile.
